What are your shipping costs?
At this time, orders are only accepted for residents that live in the U.S, Canada. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. Shipping rate is $6.99. Free shipping is automatically applied on orders that total more than $100.
Why can I only buy one item per product?
Due to limited quantities, we restrict purchases to one style per product to ensure fair access for all customers.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Depending on the item and overall demand it is possible for a restock to happen. Please sign up for our email notifications or follow us on social media for any restock updates.
Does ACCLAIM accept returns/refunds?
All sales are final (I cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time). This is because I am a one man shop that is also working a full time 9-5 job and do not have the capacity or resources to do so at this time. We aim to revisit and update this policy as we scale this business.
When will my order arrive?
Given I'm a one man shop right now, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
